FAUBOURG ST. ROCH PROJECT "Moments & Markings", "Moments & Markings" is the first community workshop for the St. Roch Community Public Art Project. In conjunction with the Faubourg St. Roch Project, friends of FSRP and the community are invited to initiate this exciting new project and meet JEFRË, the environmental artist selected in a national competition to design the Art Walk located on the St. Roch Avenue Neutral Ground.
